Long way before she managed to be in her pageant career and before that seemingly success, Orbina proved her confidence on stage when she joined the search for Mutya ng Taguig, a local pageant in her province where other 14 lovely candidates joined and at the end Jillean wear a smile nailing 2nd runner-up.
What is very awesome in this lady is that she is very versatile. She can manage to do everything that you ask her to do. This obedient candidate easily captures the comfort of other candidates that is why I am foreseeing her to be the Miss Congeniality this year.
